arrived onsite to reported leaking toilet. could see leak coming from between cistern and pan. will require 2x bolt throughs as the plastic washers have both cracked allowing water to surpass. if im going back can the part be delivered to Wolseleys Buckshaw so I can pick it up from there and come straight here. wont make depot now as it closes at 17:00 and it takes 20mins to get there from property. customer aware of additional part required. can be done without moving toilet from wall.
