boiler lost pressure due to leak under bathroom floor potentially according to customer. kitchen ceiling has been damaged. tenant did advise the landlord the wood flooring will have to be removed from the ceiling as you can see the water dripping through the kitchen ceiling. pictures attached. landlord aware and had a 3rd party come out and had a look. cant see exactly where the leak could be coming from so access in the kitchen ceiling will have to be made.
